- take you through the process of finding ALL the properties that you need to learn about.
- guide you through the entire home buying process, from finding homes, to getting financing, to moving in and getting settled.
- insure you don't pay too much for your new home and help you avoid costly mistakes.
- answer your questions about the market - including schools, neighborhoods, local economy, associations, churches, etc.
Before You Start Looking For Your New Home:
- Check your credit rating. Let's straighten out any complications now so we don't run into problems later.
- Determine a comfortable budget for your new life, including your down payment and on-going costs.
- Find a loan program that meets your needs and get pre-qualified (preferably pre-approved).
- Identify your most desirable features you want and determine the areas/neighborhoods that match your lifestyle.
Closing Costs You Can Expect:
- Lender fees such as loan processing, underwriting, preparation and establishing an escrow account.
- Third-party fees such as insurance, title search, and other inspections that you may want or local ordinances my require.
- Government fees such as deed recording and state/local property taxes.
- Escrow & interest fees such as homeowner's insurance, loan interest, real estate taxes, and occasionally private mortgage insurance.
